Vanilla Hotel - Lublin

Absolutley charming location, ruined by the unbearable noise all night. Breakfast was an afterthought, and when I asked for a kettle, they just laughed! I really expected a complimentary upgrade to compensate for my discomfort, but no such luck! All in all, just couldn't bring myself to leave a better review. Disappointing, really.

My husband and I liked being there. Location: the hotel was right by Lublin for a family wedding, Vanilla, and close to all the monuments. Stopped by Bakery Chmielewski to get some coffee and treats, it's right at the venue, recommend. The best part of my real good stay was the more than adequate breakfast.

The location was marvellous, the staff were supper friendly! You could walk to shopping centres and a bakery.

Just a bit noisy in early morning and maybe a bit expensive (ca 80euros/night single room). No room wi-fi!!!

The Vanilla Hotel is perfectly located near the historic old town. The spacious double room was clean, with a very comfortable bed and a daily supply of bottled water. The staff were friendly and accommodating, although the window coverings could be improved for better sleep.

There is no WiFi connectivity in the rooms, only in bar for additional money

Very helpful & pleasant staff. Reception is open 24 hours and if you do not speak any Polish it is not a problem as their English is good. Rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, modern with good ensuite facilities. Breakfast really substantial with fruit, cereal, cakes, fresh bread, cheese, ham & polish pate etc. Also they prepare fresh omlette, pancakes, bacon & fried/scrambled eggs to order. This hotel is in an lovely renovated property close to the old town (2 minutes walk) with shops, restaurants & bars literally on the doorstep. There are no cars in this area so it is quiet. Internet is available in your room foc and a cable provided. Maybe not the cheapest place in town but well worth it.

There is a cafe here but it would be nice to have tea/coffee in bedrooms.

The hotel is quite nice overall, with good rooms and beds. The room was adequate. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good location in the city centre, hence the price a bit high for a city like Lublin

Ridiculous breakfasts with some eggs, vegetables and cheese, not much food. Room was poorly lit

We attended a wedding during the weekend and of course did not had much time to spend. The location enabld us to get to know Lublin and the accomodation conditions were exceptional. Classy and comfortable stay with the most pleasant staff. I highly recommend both Lublin and Vanilla Hotel.

We loved the central location, just steps away from local shops and vibrant attractions. The staff were great. Our spacious room had a great ambiance and was clean, perfect for our young ones to roam around comfortably.

The noise from the nearby street festivities occasionally disrupted our children's sleep.

This has been one of the most pleasant hotels I've ever stayed at. Great service, friendly staff, perfect location in the old centre of Lublin, in a quiet street, beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished. Highly recommended!

A *very* good surprise, totally renewed, excepcional location in the middle of old town, directly on main street (quiet because no cars allowed). Olny trouble is to reach the hotel with your car because main street is not allowed for cars (you have to come in the lateral street). Good & Fast Wi-Fi. Very good breakfast. Small hotel with 3 stars that is better decorated and more comfortable than many 4 and 5 stars we had in Cracow and Zakopane.
